Tallawong lots are small and the houses on them are tall, so a lot of structure is packed into a short program. Our August 2026 slab visit here turned up missing corner bars, steel without its cover, mesh hard against plumbing and penetrations with no termite collar, all fixable that afternoon and invisible once the pour was done.

Slab and frame carry the structure, and the waterproofing stage matters more than usual because upstairs bathrooms and balconies sit over living rooms. If the budget allows only three, take slab, frame and handover, and add waterproofing for any balcony.
On a contract to build your home you are entitled to arrange an independent inspection. Tell the supervisor the date in writing, wear the right footwear and we handle the rest on the day.
We do not certify engineering, test or energise electrical, gas or plumbing services, carry out pressure tests, dig to expose footings or dismantle finished work. Those belong to the engineer, the licensed trades and the principal certifier.
